Tata Sky — SIGNAL NOT RECEIVING | |||
My TATA SKY ID is [protected] and have subscribe for Mega HD pack. Since last month there is serious issue with the signal.I am not receiving uninterrupted signal, It goes off frequently..I have complained many time but the problem still persists. i am not receiving signal since last night. The engineer visited my place once and told me that new tower is being erected hence the problem...But I fail to undersatnd why other consumers in my building are getting the signal and I am not receiving..Is it because I have already paid subscription for one year in advance?
