[Resolved] Tata Sky — signal not receiving in disc from last 4 days | |||
Tata sky id [protected] not receiving singnal from. Last 4 days.in 1st technican attended and told disc has loosen hence no signal. On 2nd day another technican has attened and told disc. Had damaged. On 3rd day when called to customer care for to know technican has mentioned disc has installed on balcony of 12th gloorand as per rule they can not installed in balcony which i disagree as my balcony is safe one. Called to customer care seniors and eaxplained but from last one day no one has attened to fix the issue. It shows how irresponsible tata sky pepole are.
