Tata Sky — Signal problem and did not send technician even after complaining multiple times | |||
Dear sir, My Set top box with TataSky ID [protected] is not receiving signal from the past one and half month. -- I have been noticing that upgrading of your systems is under process. I think as the best DTH service in India you should have planned accordingly that no customer will face problems after at the maximum of 1 week. But now it has been more than a month and we are not able to view most of the channels. -- I have lodged more than 5 complaints through my registered mobile number. I don't know why you people are not taking action against it. This really really hurts us. I don't know if you are realizing the pain that you are giving to your customers. -- i have paid full recharge for month as i could not watch any of the channels which am interested in... complaint ref number:1-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
