[Resolved] Tata Sky — signal problem for some channels

I am jagdish, my tata sky subscriber id: [protected]
I have signal problem for some channels, some channels working fine but some not due to signal problem and for this i contacted to customer care and they told me that to resolve this issue they asked me to book the technician visit which will b chargeable rs 225/-.
But if the problem of signal then to provide the proper signal is responsibility of tata sky and why should i pay for this?
If i am unable to see some channels due to signal problem then it's your responsibility to provide the services working without any charge, if there is any damage in any device or cable, i can pay for that but to check the cause of signals which is not coming then why should i pay?
