Tata Sky — Signal problem since 1 month | |||
My subscriber id is [protected] I'm using Tata sky since three and half years and having 3 connections . From past one month (march end to till date) tata sky is not working showing message no signal till today I called several time every time the same answer, we have taken your request on priority basis and the problem will be resolved within 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours and our technician will call you, he will be coming to your place to rectify, the same answer given by all agents in help desk and today[protected] one guy picked my call after 15 minutes waiting even he gave the same answer I've taken your request and our technical person will call, I've taken your request I was fed up with that answer and asked when the problem going to be solved what is the use of purchasing the tata sky, he started doing drama - Ma'am your voice is not audible, are you able to hear me, his voice is so clear to me I'm answering him saying hello, he himself started saying since there is no response from customer end I'M DISCONNCTING THE CALL . I don't think so this is the way to talk to a customer when is not able to answer me to my question ... I need a solution for this problem and action to be taken on the agent who disconnected my call Was this information helpful? | |||
