[Resolved] Tata Sky — signal reception issue | |||
Dear Sir, My tatasky setup box is not receiving signals from the last 2-3 months due to the weather condition. There are many other tatasky subscribers in my society who have been facing similar problem from the last few months. I have spoken and mailed tata sky help desk to get the problem of signal strength resolved in my area as the issue is common to the residents here. But the tata sky customer care says that the technician visit will be charged. I have tried to explain that it is not an individual problem and the signal strength of tata sky needs upgraded in my area. But they are adamant. I have been a privileged tata sky customer from 2008. Inspite of that they are not ready to co operate. I request you to do the needful as early as possible.
