[Resolved] Tata Sky — signal strength & poor technicians | |||
I've been continuously cheating by tatasky with their settop box signal strength. Tatasky signal has been continuously flickering and can't able to watch any channel. If i raise a complaint, the technician will visit (With a charge of 300 as visiting charge), will try to fix the issue and i feel that issues got resolved. But the issue will arise after couple of days again. I will keep complaining the same issue and i've paid atleast twice as technician visiting charge. This time even after complaining the same issue, the back end team is closing the complaint by themselves automatically without even checking with me. This is ridiculous and not acceptable. Simply i'm wasting my money on tatasky recharge. Not proper customer support and cheating technicians for sucking visiting charges. I'm thinking if changing my service. My compliant number is : 1g96pryq They don;t even know who changed the complaint to cancellation status. Customer support and technical team is really pathetic. God only should save us.
