Tata Sky — since last 4 days tata sky dhamaal mix pack cannot be seen

sir this to inform you that i have taken Dhamal mix pack for one year. The TV was functioning normal for 2-3 days after the purchase of one year pack and the harrshment begins from 3rd of April and the screen is showing expiry date[protected]. i had launch the complaint and it was expected to resolve within 24 hrs as per your propaganda and marketing strategy. i feel very bad and it is a blot on the name of TATA. i am mentally harsh and only massages that ate send by you on my mobile. I am not satisfied with your service . As i cannot able to see TV for last four days and you are charging for full one year so who will bear this financial loss. Please look into this matter urgently don't give only assurance on mobile by SMS do it practically to keep the name of TATA
