Tata Sky — Singnal not recieveving for most of the channels | |||
I am a TATA Sky subscriber with Subscriber ID : [protected]. We have been receiving no signal since 16th of April. I have registered complaint and have multiple times and called customer care too. Each time I am getting the same response that my complaint will be attended shortly. I have received SMS stating pending technicians visit but so far no one has turned up. Tried calling Nodal officer number shared for escalation but no one is picking up. I am fed up with pathetic customer service (huge delays and no resolution) giving standard response. This does not suit to to Tata company. Therefore I am requesting through this complaint to immediately sort out this technical issue.
