[Resolved] Tata Sky — Some channels not working

Some channels are not working properly - signal keeps getting disturbed several times in a minute with audio disappearing and video also stuttering. Many channels work fine though.

When we call customer care, they suggested several fixes but none of them worked. We asked for a techncian to visit but the person never turned up. When we called again, the next person said that there was no complaint registered. Customer care executives are rude and make all sorts of excuses not to send a technician.

Updated by MadhuKaushik The issue resolved by itself and I'm not sure how that happened. However, this issue just proves how bad the customer service is. What is the point of running a large, successful company and outsourcing your customer service to, some cheap, untrustworthy partner. I'm shifting out of this service as soon as I find someone more reliable
