[Resolved]  Tata Sky — some error with settop box or card or connection

We had not on the television for some weeks and now we have done the refilling but it is coming “ this is the wrong card for this settop box “ we do not understand the reason and we tried inserting it again and again after removing it but it is coming the same. We checked the cable connection and all the wires connected to it which were all proper then to it is coming the same
