Tata Sky — Starting unwanted services and charging money without consent

Address:Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh

TATA SKY connection was taken on 16 Apr 14 with 2 month free connection. On 03 Jun 14 TATA SKY started HD Access and started charging for the same without any request from my side. On repeatedly contacting them, there has been no response from them except "Someone will get back to you"
