Tata Sky — STB not working | |||
My STB is having problem since 6th of August 2015, STB is replaced 3 times in last 10 days but still I am facing problem. It was swapped today morning also but after one hour the replaced STB is not working. The quality of replaced STB is very poor their paint / finishing is very poor. I also doubt on technical capability of your field engineer. We are now fed up with support that we are getting with TATA SKY team, and no one is helping us.
