Prof Ashok Panchal MMU, Ambala, Haryana my Tata sky number [protected], using Tata sky services since 5-6 yrs, my set up box changed by your operator on 6th June on name o[censored]p gradation, after 35days on 11 July stop working . I complained to customer care & requested to repair it without charge since Tata products don't have such a bad image in the market that get spoil in 35days. one of your representative convinced me to get it repair without any charge on 18th.july. After repairing I paid Rs.301 for my monthly charge since 18th was last date.Now tata sky customer care on 19th deactivated my connection and compelling me to pay Rs.520 for repair.Even after complain my set up box was repaired after a week and almost a week without TV was a harassment for me which could be repaired next day. on 18th set up box was repaired and next day disconnected on 19th and started sending SMS for Rs. 520 is ridiculous.I know Tata group very well, who created a reputation after many years hard work. Group is well known for Customer satisfaction & personalized service. Is there anybody in Tatasky who can stop this nonsense???????? Was this information helpful? | |
