Tata Sky — Stopping of service in spite of payment of monthly recharge. | |||||
I am a consumer of Tata Sky DTH service with ID [protected] with a monthly recharge of Rs.230.For the month of Feb I recharged before the expiry date and inspite of this my service was cut without notice or warning.In addition, an unwanted service pack worthj Rs.150 ''Active Fitness ' was activated without my knowledge .Iam not interested in this at all.PLEASE DE activate THE aCTIVE fITNESS PACK IMMEDIATELY. I am the customer of tatasky DTH service .I have installed tatasky HD box on 3rd Feb .There technician had decided to put joinder in our old cable connection and then some of the channels are not seen.then I have complain to the customer care and again technician came and he had put new cable for that they had cut money from my account without informing me .when I complained, they said recharge again and again they cut money from my new recharge also .now they are saying it is service charge but at the time of installation they said your service for one year is free then how could they cut the money from my account.I want the refund.

I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issues.
