We were given TATA Binge as promo offer and now we have stopped the use of TATA Binge and have returned the device. Since the device was connected to the TV USB and there was no adapter used/installed. Hence we are being asked forcefully to pay for the adapter and our account is locked/blocked.
Having complained about the same through toll free number and emails but still it is not solved. We could feel that we as a customer are being harressed.
