[Resolved] Tata Sky — subscribed channel are not available in spite of channels included in subscribed package | |||||
Cartoon network and pogo channels are part of subscribed "turner bouquet 2" pack but the same are not available for viewing as the massage is showing that both the channels haven't been subscribed. We have to pay subscription for the channel cn and pogo. After 1 hour of trying to contact tatasky helpline i was advised to turn off and turn on my tatasky set top box and there was no result. Finally i was told that the problem will be solved in next 24 hours. How they and their system are poor in managing their network services. They themselves are not aware/informed about their own package content. How pity full is it? It is shame on them to manage their services in this way.
