[Resolved] Tata Sky — subscribed channels not showing since 10 days

I m a tata sky user. I ve subscribed channels such as star bharat and some kids channel but they are not showing since 10 or more days. I tried calling customer care but executives were busy since like half an hour. After that i even tried removing and readding pack but that was in vain. Now i am pretty annoyed at this service quality. I don't even know what to do. Pls try to solve my problem Otherwise i think i can only switch service providers Was this information helpful?
