[Resolved] Tata Sky — subscribed tv channels not available for viewing | |||
Customer care numbers not responsive to the complaint. I have taken the tata sky dish cable and subscribed to their package. Now nothing is available for viewing and all the consumer complaint numbers not able to resolve the problem. It appears as you have not subscribed to this channel, in spite of the fact that those are all subscribed and one year payment is done and next due for payment is August 2020. We have made a wrong payment by typing a wrong subscriber id...so is there any refundable amount or can you recharge our subscrider id [protected]
