Hi, My Tata sky connection is down since 10 days. I already gave a missed call on the number and still waiting for a call. I called up the help line and was disconnected by different agents on various occasions. Finally I got connected to customer care came to know that my request is already closed by the technician. What a pathetic service is this. No one called me on my registered number, they didn’t visit my place to fix the issue and closed the request. How come you hire un-educated people as technicians ?? I asked for an escalation and spoke to one of the second level who referred him as one of the manager who was very DUMB. He can’t even speak English or Hindi or Marathi well. He only gave fake commitments and said by evening it should be fixed. I waited for the entire day but still didn’t received any call from the technician. Next day I called up the helpline once again to know the status and the reason for the wrong information. Spoke to one of the agent who transferred the call to level 2. Another second level PIG answered the call. She was the DUMBEST person I ever spoke over the phone. She had the same qualities the other second level person had, which is very surprising. How come you hire level 2 people who don’t have a good command on English, Hindi or Marathi. Its very sad but this is a fact. All the level 2 who answered my calls were USELESS !!! She also gave me wrong and fake commitments. She placed me on long hold without informing me which is even more worst. She said by evening my problem should be fixed. To my surprise it was not fixed. I called up again and was transferred again to level 2. Another person from level 2 gave fake commitment saying by today it should be fixed. But unfortunately I have not received any call nor any one come to my place to fix this issue. Though I was informed that my request is on HIGH PRIORITY. I was this to be fixed as early as possible. Your Customer service SUCKS !!! Your level 2 people who answer calls are all CHUTIYAS and don’t know what they talk. They are worst then DONKEYS. They are well versed in releasing calls. They are not at all helpful. They give wrong commitments and just give run around. These people should be kicked out of their jobs since they don’t deserve the job. There are many eligible candidates who are waiting for opportunities. Give a chance to them. They will prove themselves. But please for god’s sake don’t hire PIGS, DONKEYS, MONKEYS or DOGS as second level !!! My subscriber ID: [protected] Need this to be rectified ASAP [protected]@yahoo.co.in
