[Resolved] Tata Sky — Subscriber I'd NA and yellow button no signal

I want to know my subscriber I'd but in guide, plan, settings menu it's showing NA and when I press yellow button it says no signal even tho it's signal strength is above 150 and signal quality is above 12.5db
please help
