Tata Sky — Subscription amount deducted without service (Tatasky ID [protected]) Manjunatha T. K

There was no service since 02.04.15. My subscription amount got deducted without any service. The tatasky technician has taken his own time and visited the place and rectified the problem only on 14.04.15 at 1415 hrs. I had recharged for Rs.200/ which was valid till 09.04.15. Period of No signals (02.04.15 to 09.04.15) = 8 days Since there was no service from 02.04.15 to 14.04.15. I had requested to extend the period for 8 days from 14.04.15. due to laxity in your service.
