[Resolved] Tata Sky — subscription reduced after paying upfront for 1 year for multi tv connection

I have paid more than rs18, 500 for a 12 month subscription with which i was told i shall be getting 13 month free. When i took the connection the due date was june 2020 and now they reduced it to march 2020 quoting that because of trai rules the secondary connection will cost equivalent to primary connection which was not what was stated when i was lured into being offered on the additional subscription and lower cost on my 2nd connection. I have raised a complaint to which the customer blatantly disagreed to fix and i need justice here or a complete refund of my money with interest. The ticket number raised was 1jg8ybss. The issue hasnt even resolved and i get the message on my “happy dear subscriber, your request number 1jg8ybss is resolved. Happy viewing!”
