[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Subscription validity decreased

I have recharged on 20 August for Rs 300 for 30 days and it got expired on 15 August only I.e 5 days ago and I have complained to the customer care about it but they said that its correct but this is not correct as these people keep on deducting no of days validity of my subscription as I'm the screenshot attached it was written that it'll expire on 17th August but it got expired on 15 only and I had to recharge again on 16 September.

Please raise it with the top management of this company and ask them to extend my validity of subscription

Again tata sky has repeated the same thing by shortening my recharge subscription from 30 days to 26 days for 5he month of Nov, dec Jan, Feb and March as well. I have sent emails to thier customer service but all in vain please ask them to increase my validity as an I have taken thier subscription since April 2019 and thier was a service issue of lnb, set top box dish, remote for replacement bu to that is also not been looked into. And I have an image where the validity for Feb is written as 9th March but it expired on 8th March itself
