[Resolved] Tata Sky — sudden termination | |||
As of 31st March, most of the channels in my pack were suddenly terminated today afternoon and the channels show that I need to pay for them newly, even though those were already present in my pack. I cannot sign in to My TataSky as none of the members in my family remember the mobile number used for registration(RMN) and everyone i call Hellpline numbers, I am only directed to automated voice no matter whichever option I select. I have even dropped an email to which they haven't responded. TataSky on their part hasn't made any efforts to contact me yet. Kindly resolve this ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||
May 4, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 01, 2019 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi! As per TRAI direction, following the new Tariff order, service providers will migrate their customers to the best fit plan carrying their key current channels. This process is being done in a phased manner every day to migrate the millions of customers by the 31st March. Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration. For this, please download the Tata Sky App or visit www.mytatasky.com and go to Manage Pack, or visit your nearest dealer.
