Tata Sky — suffering from No signal... please contact

I'm Tata Sky since last 7 years but this very
pathetic kind of service I am getting now a
days. Past 5 days I am unable to view any
channel and receiving the same message
i.e. No Signal. I have also filed the
complaint regarding same and after 4 days
some one has took the pain to attend it but
after visiting his reply was another shock
for me because according to him now my
Set top box is not working properly and it
needs to be changed.. please help me . my ID is [protected]
