Tata Sky — Super lnb and channels not being offered, call centre and technicians not responding | |||
Please note I have opted for the mega HD package for the 5th year and just paid Rs10000 for the renewal 7 days back on my Tara Sky ID [protected]. I have 2 connections in all I was promised all new channels. While I have activated Super LNB on both my TV sets, the tata sky technician is not coming to our Green Oceans bldg to install super LNB on the main dish antenna which provides multiconnection to entire bldg. I have followed up wth the call centre for 7 to 10 days with 4 workorder nos and several commitments. Bur the call centre ppl are joking and laughing but not sending technician at the bldg to fix this. It is frustrating that 36 flats have to suffer for this. I seek escalated help and today I called 3 times and still no support person came to just enable and install the super LNB. False promises were given. Very unfriendly call centre (Naila, Harita, Sherleen) and if my prob can be fixed asap. I need to see all new channels since I have paid 10000 Rs for 2 connctions on mega hd package. Please help!!!
