I have no use of tata sky now and I am not using it for a long time. Now I need to shift my house, so I thought of surrendering the set top box.
I called the customer center and they said that my account is deactivated, so I need to first activate my account by doing a recharge and then they will be able to process my request.
I am not greeting the reason to do recharge. Kindly help
