[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Suspension denied

I have suspended my Tata Sky account on dated 18/02/2022 on 22:42 Hours and got a confirmation message from Tata Sky Whats app account number
+[protected] on 22:43 Hours.

Then on 1st march 2022 I noticed they had deducted my balance from my account and called Customer care many times for refund but they DENIED.

They told its a Technical Issue but my point if its technical issue why Customer have to suffer.

After complaint, one day Tatasky representative called and ask for screen shot in [protected]@tatsky.com but till date no response regarding the same.

Tatasky representative calling me for other issues ignoring my complaint.
