I have been complaining about unavailability of services for past 2 months and all i get to hear from the customer care center is false promises and lies about the issue to be resolved. All the time I hear that they will set the problem right in 24 hours which never happens. I must have made atleast 10 calls so far. They even do not hesitate to cut the call if I ask for escalation.
I'm amazed at the low level and quality of service and the blatant lies under such a reputed brand such as Tata's.
