[Resolved] Tata Sky — t v connection | |||
I subscribed for a connection (+2 add on set top boxes). It is a multi-storied building and 44 families occupy it. The tata sky dish was already installed. The company connected my set top boxes to the same dish. The tapoff connection is weak and fails very often. I have already made calls to them four times for rectification in the last six weeks. The business centre always keeps telling me that charges will apply. Not once they do the job reliably. We the users are facing wrath of failure and a liability to pay for rectifiication visits and for no fault o[censored]s, the consumer. Was this information helpful? | |||
