Tata Sky — taasky not working

Dear Tatasky Team This is Shibbu George from Vashi, Navimumbai. My Subscriber ID is [protected] and Registered Mobile no [protected]. I am using tatasky service since last 3 years. from last 1 week I am not getting many channels including HD channels. I filed compliment and engineer visited and told your dish not receiving signals you pay 550 rs for new receiver. Note:- ( before tatasky new upgrade policy my tatasky working properly means because of your up gradation I am not getting service) I want to inform you that as i received all channels before this up gradation so why i will pay any amount.??
