I am using Tatasky since 2012 with Subscriber ID : [protected]. Due to upgrading, i am facing the technical issue since 2nd of April. i had lodged a complaint on 3rd of April. Without fixing the problem the work order was closed on 14th april. i lodged a complaint again on 15th April. Again the work order was closed without fixing. i have been trying to reach them on the Customer care number but that has not been possible. call gets cut after 20 mins but no one answers. on April 28th the call got through but when junior executive was unable to solve the problem he transferred the call to senior and that is s it the call got cut.
How do i register a case aganist them?
