Recharged twice for Tata Play Binge+ of Rs. 800, The transaction was successful yet it's not reflected on Tata Play Binge+. We called the customer care and the lady says she can't see the transaction and we should get the refund soon. We tried to reach out on the toll-free number and it says our recharge was successful and our account should be active but it's not! It's been a week and we are Rs. 1600 down. Really frustrating!
