Tata Sky — TATA PLAY recharge failed twice

I have done recharge to my Tata play account [protected] and has been failed twice (recharge unsuccessful but amount deducted from bank account)

The bank has confirmed with transaction number that amount has been paid to Tata Play. Below are the details

1. 20/12/22 Online Shopping mall Txn BIL/ONL/[protected]/RCUBE PLAN/wwwrechargecube/SC DEBIT 315.00 S59545035. The transaction is successful and settled to Merchant Name Tata play via Payment ID:[protected];

2. 07/01/23 Online Shopping mall Txn BIL/ONL/[protected]/RCUBE PLAN/wwwrechargecube/SC DEBIT 105.00 S39590055. The bill payment of Rs.105.00 on January 7, 2023 towards PAYU INDIA debited from your Savings AccountXX6867 is successful vide Payment ID:[protected];

Please revert back the amount to my bank account ASAP
