Dear sir,

I did receive a call from tatasky sales team about tatasky binge. I told them that i will get back to them by evening. But a representative was sent to my house with the device for installation. I took the device and they installed it but the device did not work. It was showing an error message. The guy who installed said that if i add some more money to my account, it will start working.. I did that and my balance is more than 750 now.. Still binge does not work for me.. I lodged the above complaint on 20th mar to pick up the device.. Till today, everyday they give different reasons for not picking the device.. Recently i got a message that the request is put on hold.. When i called the call centre, they said due to network issue at tatasky this issue is on hold.. I am not sure how network issue is related to picking the device. I needed to escalate the issue.

When i asked to transfer the call to a senior, they put me on hold for 30 mins and every 2 mins once they were checking if iam still on the call and again put me on hold.. This drama went on for 30 mins, as i did not give up, they had to connect to a senior.. She took time till end of day today but am not hopeful. So writing this email to you in anticipation of a resolution. Tatasky binge pack is attached to my subscription without the device working.. Please help to pick the device and remove the binge subscription which i am unable to do online myself

Btw, call centre response is hopeless.. Just to get connected to a representative, the wait time is almost 20 mins minimum which was not the case before

tata sky drama continues.. One guy calls me and tells that there is no request pending for tat sky binge pickup..whereas I have raised one already - 1E56OS9P - 3 DAYS back... Multiple requests raised but they update the status themselves to cancelled or on hold to their convenience

Today called customer care again and he says the request 1E56OS9P has some error, so not reflecting to backend team. He put me on hold to correct it.. After a few mins, he comes back and says -- due to network issue he is not able to update the request and I need to wait...

So the tatasky drama continues for 2 weeks -- shame on you tatasky.. This is how u treat a customer who is with you for more than 15 years ...

Received call and they want me to use the device and he says there is no request for pick up of the device. I am not sure how many requests they need.. Basically, they are trying the force a non working device on me and mint money .. Height of shamelessness..

Nodal officers are the most useless, multiple emails sent, but they stopped replying.. They are supposed to handle escalations.. If this issue is not resolved, I will log a consumer complaint, go to social media for help..

Today received several calls asking for appointment to collect the device.. 3 calls to be precise.. Every one asked for address, landmark, alternate phone number etc and I patiently gave all of them the same details again and again.. Looks like there is still more drama pending.. No one turned up.. I am expecting the same calls tomorrow asking for the same details .. I am surprised on how tatasky service has dropped its levels to such a low

Apr 1st I logged this request and today is Apr 8th .. Just for the benefit o[censored]sers reading this review, Device was installed on 18th mar, and I logged my first request to pick the device on mar 20th ...
