My Tata Sky set up box stopped function and we were asked to upgrade to Tata Sky Binge+. The actual cost of the device is Rs. 1999/-. But my parents were charged Rs. 4000/- under the pretext that the device actually costs Rs. 9000/- and the service technician also told my dad to not tell Tata Sky about this Rs. 4000/- and the service technician did not even give us a receipt. When I heard this from my parents, I immediately logged in a complaint. After receiving the service technician immediately changed his story and said that the additional Rs. 2000 was for recharge. So, we never got the 2000 back as cash but we got it in recharge. I was ok with leaving this ordeal there and making my piece with it but today I find out that the channel package has been changed without my consent and we have been moved to an expensive package which means that the 2000 recharge in my account will be consumed faster. I have never seen such crooks in a professional organization. This entire episode has tested my patience and increase my blood pressure.
I would like my original extra 2000/- in cash back to me as a resolution. There is no other way of making this right. Was this information helpful? |
