[Resolved]  Tata Sky — tata sky box not working

My taka sky connection was alright in the night and working properly but when i switched on my tata sky box in the morning then it was in stand by mode and was not starting. I called the customer care number they sent a person for checking and then he asked for 400 rupees. And my warranty period was just finished. And this wasn't for the first time happening with me. I have faced this problem earlier as well. Whenever my warranty gets over then only the box stops working and they ask for money to replace it
