[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky cable - setup box issue | |||
Hi I have taken a new tata sky cable connection on saturday 21st sep 2019. The setup box was connected without any issues but as soon as the technician left the house the message appeared that the 'new software is being downloaded. There is no prgress in download and hence i have raised the same with customer care to get it resolved. The issue is still not resolved and customer care is just rescheduling the technician visit. I have tried to get in contact with tata sky cable operator of my area but he is also not responding to my calls. Request you to please help me on this to get this issue resolved.
