Response is awfully inadequate. No fluent English. Often mix with Hindi which I don't know. Most of the times, not able to reach the helpline after waiting in the line for long. Not able to view the channels for the last two weeks but they keep deducting money. Not sure if the call center functions full time or they are in to prostitution to earn better money.
