As per subject i want to change ownership name

New name - ganesh lotankar

It was purchased from previous owner of my house in 2010. That time it was normal set top box. Then i replaced it with tata sky hd plus in 2012. I have requested customer service agents many time to change the name of owner but i was told that it can not done.

You are requested to look into the same and change the ownership on my name.

Relation with old owner - earlier owner of the house i purchased.
