Tata Sky — Tata Sky Channels not working from 1st April 2015 | |||
Dear tatasky team, My connection id is [protected]. My connection is not working since 1st April. Even after multiple calls to your customer care no. they are not answering my calls. I have also done sms to your number. I have received message that the technical team will come. But till today they have not come. If my connection will not start by today, I'll make sure to approach the consumer court. Also make sure that my balance is again credited to my account for these days. I'll also submit worse reviews on Mouthshut and other social medias like facebook & twitter. Also whatsapp will be done to all my contacts. This has been a torture that even after paying for connection and after attempts to rectify has failed. Now from yesterday, I am receiving payment due message on the screen all day. Where have all my balance gone for these days??? I want the connection working by today and my balance credited for these days. Call me on [protected] immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
