Tata Sky — TATA SKY - Channels Unavailable | |
From Apr 2 many of the channels are not accessible using TataSky DTH. In the month of March 2015 as well the channels for not accessible for around five days.
TATA SKY did not deem it important to inform customers about any upgrade program. The customer service was automatically directed to a voice message. Was lucky to get across to a customer service executive, at one instance, where an update was promised in 4 hours. The four hours is yet to materialise after 5 days now.
For subscription renewal TATA SKY does a prompt hourly or daily follow up starting one or two months before the due date, but fails to provide prompt response to customers where they are answerable.
