Tata Sky — Tata Sky Cheats and does not refund Charges | |||
This is with regards to consumer no [protected] Mamta Ponda. Around 3 Months back I had recharged Tata Sky for 1000/- . Soon after that due to construction of Building next to ours the Signal was no longer available and Tata sky was not working. We promptly put in a request for shifting the Dish. Tata Sky representative came and they could not fix the problem. Tata Sky had been deducting money from the charge of 1000 even though we had no service. We had even asked the Tata Sky to stop the subscription although the call center suggested that we could apply for a complete refund for the days the service was not available. After 3 months thanks to one of the Tata sky mechanic who had the knowledge of changing some part in the Dish the Signal was once again available. Now when I claim for the refund they are not ready to refund claiming that we did not stop the subscription. Not just that they are continuing to charge me for the same and the balance is -270. A person puts in a request to shift the dish in the same building not for fun but as the signal is not available. Such act of cheating is not expected from a company where the name TATA is associated although it looks like even he is joined the band wagon of others who cheat the middleclass. It is not about the[protected] but the ethics of the company which I am sorry to say are not present. . Was this information helpful? | |||
