[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky connection disconnect | |||||
Hi sir, I have register complaint regarding signal issue for tata sky. Technician has been visited my place and told that in this area signal strength is less so he had changed the lnb. After two days tata sky disconnect my connection without any notice and told to submit 800 rs. But their is no communication from technician or tata sky about 800 rs charges for replacement of lnb. I told them without telling cost why they have changed the lnb. Because signal strength is less in that area its not my fault its service provider issue and they are committed to give service. Last 2 year i am using tata sky without any payment delay. My complaint number which they have provided is 11sj6gnc. And tata sky id [protected] I have contacted many times to tata sky customer care but they have disconnected the call after long waiting.
