[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky connection problem 4th time in a month

As i have recharged for one year this is the 6th time the connection is getting lost. I request you to take back this connection and refund the amount asap. Within one month i have registered complaint for three times. Either do a permanent fix or take back the connection and i am not going to pay any extra charges for that. Last 3 times executive just tighten the wire and went back.

Since last night till this morning in our tatasky set up box it is not able to receive a signal and the wires are perfectly connected & weather is also clear but than also it was showing no signal.
