My subscriber id is [protected] and work order is 14YNWVB dated 17th May 2015. We are unable to view any channels on our TV from Sunday (17/05/2015). A request for servicing was made on the same day and I was told that a technician would be visiting on Monday at 10 AM. When nobody turned up on that day I made a call to their customer care. After a waiting period of over 10 minutes, a lady attended the call and with a 'could not care less' attitude simply said in hindi that someone would be send the next day. The same story followed the next day and the version of their call attendants now changed to 'complaint has been forwarded to superiors'. When i ask them to transfer the call to their `superior`, a man answered the call and said some one would be sent soon.
Till now nobody has come and nobody from Tatasky customer care has bothered to follow up on our complain. I am living in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) city which is by no means a remote place. How long does it take to send a technician? And the worst part is the disinterested-in-customer attitude from their call attended after being made to wait over 5 minutes every time you call them. Its hard to imagine a Tata group company has stooped down to such a level. And you keep on getting repeated messages from them 10 days before the due date of monthly charge amount !!
