Dear 1st.in my absence tata sky boy came and installed hd set top box instead of sd set top box. My parents did not understand that. 2nd. On[protected] after calling several times to the dealel (Uday shankar chakraborty, siliguri, west bengal. Ph. [protected].) for resetting the set top box, but he simply ignored.
