I lost the connection of TATA Sky Digital TV from last week of March 2015. It has been more than 2 weeks and I haven't received any support or call from the technician or you staff even after registering repeated complaints at the numbers provided in your IVR. Subscriber id: [protected]

It is truly disappointing that even on a planned service disruption like this the IVR doenst say any TAT on when the activation will happen and there is extreme lack of customer service to call us back or even pick up the phone. When we somehow reach your call centre they disconnect the call between the conversation deliberately. I never excepted this from your company and this is horrible
