[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky dish antenna taken away by executive | |||
Hi, I am swapnil johri, i have been a customer of tata sky since 2014. My details are mentioned below- Id - [protected] I have shifted from my previous address on 14th of august. Before that i placed a request at your customer service for deinstallation of my tata sky. I was told that your executive will come at my place on 13th aug morning around 10am. I kept on waiting the whole day but nobody came even though i made several calls. Then i left for some work.in the evening after dark some guy named jacky came and went on the roof for deinstallation after taking keys from the guard. My wife showed him where the antenna was and came down. After some time your guy came back and put the wire, connector etc. At my flat but not the dish antenna, when my wife enquired about it he didn't give any satisfactory reply and left. My wife called me and told me about it. I made a call at your customer care that same night and lodged a complaint z7mzmgz. I was assured of a quick action. Next day when i was shifting my house a guy came from your side, went to the roof, came back in 5 mins and said that he was unable to find the antenna and he can't do anything about it. Probably my connection was running on some other antenna. It's my wish whether to buy a new one or do anything i want, these were his words and before leaving. I also received a call from mumbai stating that my problem will be taken care of and i will get my antenna back or a new one. Nothing satisfactory has been done till now and today i received a call asking whether my complaint should be closed. I said why? Nothing has been done from your side. On that i was again assured that i will receive a call from someone senior in 15mins. It has been 3hrs since then but no response. Also i received a message that 200inr have been deducted from my account for deinstallation. This is the chain of events till now. The bottom line is that nothing concrete has been done by your team in 5 days apart from harrasing me and misguiding me by trying to feed false information and saving their employee's #. I wasn't even provided the contact number of the employee who came for the first visit for questioning him. I got his details only from my apartment guard's register. So my question is that is it the way you value your customers? Is this the way such a big organisation works? You are airing ads showing that one will get bonus if one refer tata sky to someone, can you imagine that after this kind of incident anyone would dare to trust your services anymore? I am highly disappointed and has already wasted a lot of time and energy in the process. Please inform me in yes or no whether i will get my antenna or should i forget about it.
